Didn't add my notes above. I almost forgot WPD and was scrambling to get something in on time! Living on the coastside, many people in my community use these glass fishing floats for outside as well as inside decorations. Most are reproductions now, but antique and vintage floats are highly collected.

Love it Jane ~ your scramble was a success! I remember when a certain type of glass fishing float found on British Columbia's seashores were claimed to have floated across the Pacific from Japan. It was BIG excitement for us youngsters ~ it was akin to finding the treasure in the Treasure Island story. Thanks for sharing.
