Thank you Robin Lee,Mike,Mark,Glenn, Roger and Patrice for taking the time to leave such nice comments. You are right Mike I just happened to see this Heron at the Park and had the Camera ready to take a quick shot when it put it's head under the water and came up with the fish in it mouth fliped it around and swallowed it so fast. I was lucky to get a shots before the fish was in its stomach. Makes up for all the shots like this that got away. :)

Ha! You nailed this one Kathy! So much to love about this shot. The ripples in the water from the fresh catch, the color on the fish and transparent fins, the sharp eye of the Great Blue Heron. It all comes together to make an excellent image. Good work and congrats on your POTD!
