Thank you so much Kirsten, Melinda, Marty, Linn and Robin-Lee. Actually all of the predatory animals and raptors I have posted pictures of are animal that could no longer survive in the wild for one reason or another and are now at a lovely refuge called Northwest Trek. Their enclosures are wonderful, as you can see. Marty, this was shot with my 55-200mm lens, at 200, of course. Northwest Trek covers many acres and has a lot of grazing animals (bison, elk, deer, mtn goats, etc) in a very large meadow an

Beautiful animal ~ great capture Teresa! I'm happy to hear Northwest Trek is still going strong.. I enjoyed a visit there several years ago ~ they do great work!
