Guess that means we got the smoke we were after, Kumiko. ;-) And, yes, Linda, as you can imagine, the flavours are in the air everywhere at one of these events. At some point, you give in to temptation and dig in to the ribs, pulled pork and chicken. It was delicious! Thanks to both of you for your comments.

This is billed as Canada's largest Ribfest. With perfect weather, attendance was *huge* this year. We were told that the sponsoring Rotary Club achieved its objectives by Sat. night, with 2 days to go! It *is* tremendous fun. Photo-ops at every turn. Glad you enjoyed this one, Linn and Dov. Thanks!

Great capture, Mike! I just had lunch and I wish it had been what this guy is cooking. I can smell those ribs all the way to New Jersey. I'd say more, but I've got to go find some barbeque now. Did you say pulled pork???
