This is an example of what I call "microscapes"... little snippets of nature, photographed on a smaller, more intimate scale. I really liked the lighting and the rich earth tones of the rocks, the fallen leaf, and the soft, flowing water... Gale Creek, Washington Cascades

A truly beautiful photograph Winston.Lovely treatment on the water. That leaf just added another dimension to the scene.Congrats on an interesting nature study.

A very stunning image, Winston, which is beautifully framed! Excellent lighting & portrayal of the elegant soft flow over the lovely earth tones of the rocks... accentuated by the colorful beauty of the fall maple leaf off to the side. Congrats on a terrific winner!
