Nearing her 10th birthday, a soft portrait of a young girl who has been an important part of my life for almost all of hers. This is to preserve a moment when the young girl is almost ready to turn into a young woman.

Nice portrait - amazing how they grow up. I can see moodiness, playfulness, maturity, immaturity, "I want attention" and "Leave me alone" all wrapped up in this portrait.
