Photographer Notes:
Cornea and conjunctiva of an eye scratched with unknown object. Green color is sodium fluorscein which is absorbed by the scratches and glows in ultraviolet light so the doctor can see the abraided area better. Picture taken with camera held to the eyepiece of the microscope used to evaluate contact lenses and eye injuries.
