Diamond Dyes Display Cabinet
by Bonnie Lackey (forbescat)
Camera: Nikon D-70
Location: Troy, Michigan
United States of America
Photographer Notes: In the early 1900's, dye for home use was purchased in little packets which were kept in store display cabinets like this. The picture is a tin lithograph insert whose the colors have kept their tone and depth. There were also Diamond Dyes "trading cards" which can now be found on E-Bay. Troy Museum.
