Running of the Clown...and Bull

Photographer Notes:
The rodeo clown in this image saved a bullrider's life by putting his own in harms way. The bull was goring its rider when this courageous clown diverted its attention. As a result, this monsterous rampaging bull charged after the clown for the entire length of the arena. Fortunately, the clown was unhurt. The injured bullrider required sutures, but overall was okay.

Great capture/composition. You can even see the brace on the clown's knee.

Wow, a lot of action and heroism here. You can surely see how brave and courageous he his to save the bullfighter's life and what an extreme close encounter this is for him. I am happy things turned out okay for all involved. Terrific capture, Kerry!
