This is an extremely interesting and well seen photo, Steve. One does not get to see these types of images often. I do not think we have many tanneries in the US. Great use of geometric patterns and the placement of the workers in your image is terrific. Congratulations!!!

This must be a depiction of how it "used to be" done...? I couldn't imagine the tedious work that has to go into a job of this nature, it almost looks illegal...Congrats on an outstanding capture for the POTD!
