A wonderful composition from a great perspective. The trees in the BG help to give us some sense of the height of this eruption which is nicely captured and quite fascinating too. Big congrats, Kirsten, on this interesting POTD today...one almost gets the feel like they are taken right into the scene watching this amazing wonder.

The white steam exploding, the still ground in the foreground, the rough texture of the trees and a rich colorful sky paint a compelling image...congratulations on an excellent win today!
