Reflecting on Her Treat

Photographer Notes:
One of my two favorite subjects enjoying a fruit roll-up treat. I rented a DSLR (first experience renting or with an SLR) on our vacation to specifically try to get good, indoor, natural light shots of my girls. In this shot, I used a 50/1.4 prime lens at f/2.0, ISO 200, 1/25 s. I thought the clear reflection in the granite couter top and shallow depth of field were cool.

Thanks for all of your comments. Yes, Joyce, it will soon be time for me to get my own DSLR, but I'm still learning a lot from the 1000+ pictures I took on vacation -- wish I hadn't been so "scared" of high ISO!
