Sand Fall
by James Stone (jellbo)
Camera:
Nikon D-200
Location:
Arizona

United States of America

Photographer Notes:
Every photographer who has shot the Antelope Canyon has the famous image of the light beam. For a unique twist, I chose to capture sand falling off one of the walls. A tad bit of the canyon can be seen to the left of the frame to show the depth.

nicely done... i was there myself in May. it's nice of the tour guides to toss sand on the walls so it falls off for shots like this... congrats on the POTD!

An excellent composition of Antelope Canyon showing its amazing beauty & depth in a unique and incredible manner. I love the soft flow of the falling sand, the leading lines of light going through the to the entrance & all the wonderful curves, textures & exquisite patterns. Congratulations, James, on your terrific presentation!
