Thank you, Teresa!! Please excuse me for not commenting today on other photos or answer comments on mine. I am an Ike refugee and waiting to get back to my home in Galveston county. We have heard that we have outside damage to our home but we won't be able to get home before tomorrow and don't know if we will have power and internet connection.

Terrific image with a great old time look making for a wonderful POTD! I understand what you are experiencing due to Ike...we still have flooding at our home from Hurricane Fay! Possessions can be replaced...at least your are safe and well!

Great capture, Bob, which is extremely well done in sepia tones. It certainly reminds me of the old movies of the late 20's and 30's. Big congrats on your terrific POTD! I am happy that you are safe and feel for you as you return to your home after IKE.
