Lovely neighborhood you have there Robin-Lee. I like the composition, the corn growing, even the cloudy sky adds to the shot. Well seen and captured.

Love it, Robin-Lee. Looked at your image and "California Dreaming" came to mind. So often, it's life's little scenes which most people don't notice that make the best pictures. Well done!

An excellent capture to depict the sense of the wonderful country spirit which surrounds your neighborhood. I love the unique sign in the FG with the Black Eyed Susans gracing its base, the corn fields and the wonderful sky which compliments so well the FG sign. Outstanding composition...Big congrats, Robin-Lee.

The overcast sky lends a fine sense of drama...of something coming across the field! Much is said here about roadside stops along the way to the "megalopolis"! Congrats on your POTD Robin-Lee!

For some reason this makes me think of Dorothy and the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz! Must be the corn and dark clouds! Your image makes me want to travel that road. Congratulations, Robin-Lee!
