Such a terrific image Ken! Neither have I seen a snail quite this close....a wonderful composition of rich color. So interesting, too, to see something inside that shell! Big congrats to you!

Thanks to all-you have made my day brighter. FYI: I noticed the snails on a bush alongside a nature trail. Many similar bushes, but there were about a dozen on the one bush only. An hour later they had disappeared. Quite small, most smaller than one half inch. I wonder if anyone can identify it?
