Thank you everyone for all the great comments! They are highly apprecated! Kumiko, how I got there... well, there goes a road down somewhere beween the trees and from where the car is parked it was some 200 meters walk up the hill. I'm especially happy with the sky and clouds, that it was a good sky this day. With a clear blue - or even worse: a milk white - sky, this photo would never look even half this good. ..

A lovely serene scene with beautiful pines, lakes & mountains and great depth to the composition. I really like the FG grasses and rocks as well as the wonderful clouds and sky which all compliment the entire presentation. Congrats, Caj!
