I like the fountains... One on each side of the horse statue pillar. And the sky is very dramatic too... And I also think you've found a good color tone! Congratulations on the POTD!

Very dramatic sky and well composed. The only nit-pick I have is that I wish there was more light on the statue. Perhaps a bit of dodge would bring out some detail? Congrats on the POTD!
