Beautiful photo! I have little luck with photographing the moon & other sky objects. I love the star effect as well! Congratulations! Well deserved! :)

Thanks all. ISO-100, f/4, 1/125 sec. Done with 70-200mm f/4 L lens. Great sharp lens (as all "L" lenses). Did some PP (star effect and some sharpening). Sky and air were clear that night after two windy days. So, that helped also.
