I am felt this sensation also when in a fall...great capture to convey that strong emotion and blackout! Congratulations on your POTD!

Looks like the soft flow of water at a very low shutter speed.  I really like the various directional, patterned lines of the flow with the soft muted color behind it. This composition really does lend itself to a fine abstract, Daniel...congrats!
