On a Snowflake's Level

Photographer Notes:
Practiced my super-macro technique which basically entails attaching a 50mm to my zoom lens (in this case, 28-105mm) with a reversing ring. Taken during a Pennsylvania flurry.

WOW! I Didnt realize you could actually capture snow flakes. GREAT job with this macro! Congrats

Thanks! Due to the questions I've received on this, I wanted to add that this is a snowflake that had fallen on our old convertible's soft top. The texture in the background is cloth. The macro technique generates an extremely shallow depth of field (mm to a fraction of a mm), so not all of the snowflake is in focus. I tried to hold the camera as flush to it as possible to get as much in focus as I could.
