An image displaying incredible depth to the snow captured with strong cloud formations as an excellent backdrop. The range of tones is wonderful. Even though you know it is COLD it is a very appealing winter scene...congratulations on your POTD!

Beautiful scene with the footprints leading to the barn. The snow is untouched except for the path to the door. Makes me wonder what is in the barn.

Thanks so very much SaMi & Candice. I really do not know what is in the barn either as I stopped to shot it while passing by. I walked around the steps behind to capture this shot. In the spots which I fell through, the snow was waist deep. We had just gotten some rain which hardened the snow & helped as I did not have snow shoes with me.
