This jogger and her dog were enjoying the unseasonably warm February day. It's not often you can wear shorts and T-shirt in early February in Kansas!

congrats. where in kansas. I still had my sweatshirt on. :) but there is hope for us I see.

This was taken on on February 7th in Junction City. The weather only lasted for one day before becoming more "seasonal". Today was another beauty, it was 72 degrees this afternoon, but alas, tomorrow the temperature will drop again. Angie.
