Doug, the band is Queensrÿche, an american rock band with the Excellent records Operation Mindcrime and Empire and so on in their catalogue... This guy is not a real member of the band, just tour guitarist...

Thanks for the comments everyone, it was a great concert and I had some decent images to bring along from it. And Mike, the Elvis thing was actually something I too thought about when seeing this image in the LR-catalogue... thanks guys
