Thanks, Evy. Still playing with the settings on the DiMAGE. Thought I'd try pushing them a bit in the bright sun. Saturation is Natural +4 on this one.

Thanks, Ellen and Robin-Lee. Yes, Robin, got it new-in-the-box for $300 CAD. Really like it and its 2/3" sensor. Had flower shots in mind when we bought it. Nice lens makes shallow DOF a bit easier. Thanks, guys!

Thank you, Patrice and Dov. Took pictures of this bloom three days in a row. First two were cloudy and the colour was flat. Then we got some sun and the third day, so to speak, was the charm. Thanks for your comments!
