the reason we are asking is because there is a 90 days/3 month cap on pictures you can submit,,,and this has got to be past 3 months considering the SNOW

At the time of submissions, Photos should be no older than 90 days from the original capture. Let's keep our work fresh! NOTE: You're on your honor here, it is very hard to police images, but several have submitted very old photos which are great, but also well past 90 days.

I think there is a place you check to say this photo is a new. I have use many photo's that are outside the three month time frame and don't check the box and that is what I did here,It must be ok I won!!It's the first time anybody has ever seen the photo that would make it fresh.I NEVER UNDERSTOOD THE 3 MONTH TIME FRAME,THIS ISN'T MILK IT WONT GO BAD.
