Brilliant shot! Those pies look delicious, too. My wife and I have always wanted to try them, but we would have to make our own and would never know if it was correct or not.

Many thanks Doug .. they are delicious and not that difficult to make .. at school we had to make the mincemeat from scratch but doubt they do that these days .. try them warm with custard ~ yum! cheers, susie
