The more I look at this image, the more surreal it becomes. The background bokeh almost seems like it is exploding the bee forward. Amazingly narrow DOF and still catching focus on the bee's nose (do bees have noses?). Nice work!

Excellent use of selective focus, Kathy, pretty color & terrific detail with an quite inquisitive look from the tiny one. You are fortunate to have flowers & bugs out in October, we have snow here by then....congrats!
