Goosefish Veil of Eggs

This is a rare shot of what is called a "Veil of Eggs" that was laid by a Goosefish at the New England Aquarium in Boston, MA. The vail is 56 feet in length, weighs approximately 25 pounds and is estimated to contain more than 1 million eggs

Thank you all for the kind words and thanks to PV for the POTD honors. This pictures is now one of three of my images that are now hanging in the New England Aquarium where they have started a gallery of my work. :)

Thanks Patrice. If you want to see the other two images, just go to www.brogen.com and click on Galleries - Animals and the first jelly fish in the gallery and then the penguin a few images in are the other 2 on display. The jelly fish is actually being published in 2 books due out this fall! :)
