Photographer Notes:

Every Christmas since I can remember, the tree has been placed on the opposite side of the square and considerably farther from the City Hall building. This year, however, the square is being "revitalized", so large areas of it are under scaffolding or occupied with construction equipment. As a result, the tree is on the opposite side of the square and right near the building, as this image shows.
