Photographer Notes:
The International Peace Garden straddles the Canada-US border in Manitoba and North Dakota. It contains a display about the 9/11 tragedy, a disturbing yet highly appropriate sort of display for a garden devoted to peace between nations. GPS coordinates of the display are 48'59.938N, 100'3.811W, 2211 feet above sea level.
