Wow! that's some town! great picture, but tree lights still on in February?

The tree lights are still on because we can't let go...just kidding. This part of downtown was a pedestrian mall for many years and is now open to vehicles. This was done to attract new businesses and restaurants to bring people back downtown. There was supposed to be an art feature in the area involving lights so this may be a stand in to add to the mood in the area.
