Photographer Notes: The residents of Franklin Road get together and make their inner city street a fairyland of lights with the villas covered in xmas displays and coloured lights-families come from all over the city to cruise/stroll along the road in the evening near xmas.This little girl was part of a group singing Christmas carols.
