Photographer Notes:

I always like to photograph a scenic image from my town/state for WPD. I usually plan the location a week or two in advance of the date. Today when I awakened we were having a stormy day - unusual for September in this area. So I took this image. It's just snap shot of the view from the deck off my second story bedroom. What you see is an irrigation canal in the foreground with a community park in the middle of image followed by some homes in the neighborhood.
