Ichitucknee River
by Betty Batten (BBatten)
Camera:
Pentax K100D
Location:
Fort White, Florida

United States of America

Photographer Notes:
Taken in the Ichitucknee State Park about 10 miles from home. While a haven for "tubers" wishing for a casual float downstream in tubes and rafts, I decided to just show some of the natural pristine beauty of the river.

Wonderful, but almost eerie - where's the gator?

The river is fed by springs. The water is too cold for gators so fortunately no ones been eaten (that we know of!LOL) Thanks for the compliment. I love photographing nature!
