It's the Mark Twain Memorial lighthouse on Cardiff Hill at Hannibal, MO. It was originally built and lit in honor of author Sam Clemens aka Mark Twain who grew up there as a boy and wrote about the character Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn in his books. It was constructed in 1933 and has been lit at three separate times by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, President John F. Kennedy, and President Bill Clinton.
