Six beautiful Golden Retrievers, belonging to our friends Mike & Margaret McAra. Though these dogs are exceptionally well-trained, it took 14 takes to get this one of them all looking in my direction!

This shot is a winner if for no other reason that to achieve the difficult task of getting that many dogs to sit still long enough to get the shot. You did a fantastic job. Congrats on a well deserved POTD.

Great shot, how many helpers were stod behind you with cookies and treats to keep their attention? Only 14 takes to get such a super photo - magic!!

Linn...I LOVE this! Having 5 Labs in my life ( until recently we lost one age 12) I can so appreciate what it took to get them all together! Totally worth the effort as this is an absolutley lovely image..with all the qualities making it a well deserved POTD!!

Quick note - let's hope it posts! The big guy in the centre is our Harvey's sire; golden oldie next to him is Harvey's grandmother; and the paler boy on the end (right) is our Harvey's grandfather!

Regarding the helpers ... only Mike and Margaret, owners of these GRs were standing behind me, trying to get them to focus on me all at the same time. Too many distractions in the park, and this group shot was at the end of a long photo shoot. They did exceptionally well!
