Practicing with my new camera tonight. This is the view from the beach at the end of the road I live on... a two minute walk from my house... aren't I lucky?!

Thanks all for your kind comments! I'm thrilled with my first POTD and I've been learning lots from this website. Photography has become a wonderful hobby now that I don't need to develop the film! And I'm loving my new camera too!
